Timothy Blackwell, Bev Shaw, and on the right Timothy’s father Robert Blackwell with Bev’s purchases at a pop-up event.

In every thriving arts community, there are individuals whose enthusiasm and support make a significant impact. Bev Shaw has been a familiar face at our gallery, attending many exhibitions and events. Her presence warms the room for all attendees. Far beyond just showing up, Bev has made donations and purchases.

In the photo, she is the proud new owner of a painting of an avocado, and a book by Timothy’s dad.

Timothy’s art as well as his explanations may be seen at his instagram account, wobbley45. His fascinating art is about Minosaurs, which is a term Timothy made up for the mostly digital imaginary creatures he makes when his emotions are hard to manage. His art is good but his writing about each piece on Instagram is where things really get interesting. Timothy connected with us through “I Am Boundless.” Bev connected to Timothy through the High Road Gallery. We are so glad she did!
